Applied online. Started with an initial HR interview about resume and salary expectations. Follow up interview was with the team lead. More questions about resume. Gave an explanation about the job. Final interview was scheduled with the software team and HR. Only behavioral questions were asked. Interview lasted a little more than an hour.

I got recruited through Pinnacle. In person interview with Pinnacle rep about 30 minutes, getting to know me and learning about the position. The HR meeting scheduled the following week

Very quick and not that in depth. They did not have any technical portion in their interview process which explained why no one at the company really understood how to develop software to todays standard.
