I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Papa John's (Portland, OR) in Jun 2012
Interview
After filling out a paper application I was asked to step into the back office in which I sat down with the manager and the assistant manager. Together they asked questions about what I had written in the application and how I would react to hypothetical situations. Following this, they explained what the position would be like and how a typical work day would go. They asked if I had any questions and then I was free to go.
Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
