I saw an ad on craigslist and applied online. I got a call the next day to come in and talk to the general manager. I came in, the manager called me back and said basically I updated you in the system as hired. We are in a hiring crunch right now. He started a background check f, then called me a few days later to schedule orientation.

Can you stay a little later than what you put on you application.
Super easy. Basically you give them your availability and start date. Some general managers will ask for more information, but I’ve rarely seen it done in my 6 years there.

Interview
I applied online, and they called me to set up an interview within 2 weeks. The "interview" was actually just them taking my documents and telling me when I would start. I got the opportunity to ask them any questions I had as well. The only question I was asked was on my way out the manager jokingly asked how I deal with stress because this is a stressful job.
