One team member will email or phone you directly, mostly by email. then agree on a time for the interview, which mostly takes only 30 minutes. the result is also sent by email, mostly one week after, but they will tell you if they need more time to consider.

They've asked me basic interview questions, they were really nice. I got the second interview, they gave me a task to do in few days and then we had a meeting to discuss about my design approach. Afterall they've decided to move on with another candidate.

Can you walk me through your design process, from research to final product?
Group interview with four people, heard back within a few days. Very positive experience conversational, engaging, and professional. Interviewers created a comfortable environment that encouraged open discussion and thoughtful responses
