I interviewed at Oxford University Press (Oxford, England)
Interview
4 interviews, all remote. First two were panel style. There was also a task to complete, which was the focal point of interview 2. Communication between interviews was very prompt
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oxford University Press in Aug 2012
Interview
OUP always has a two-step interview process - the first is more general, often with the hiring manager - and the second will likely involve a task relating to the job role in question.
After getting hired and now being on the 'other side' of a recruitment process, it is clear that there are no standard interview questions - the hiring manager is expected to come up with questions and tasks each time. this means you may get mostly general questions, or you might get more 'behavioural' style - it is different each time.

Question 1
A classic question with no right answer - Which do you think is the most important - Timeliness, Quality or Cost?
