I can easily say OwnBackup gave me the best candidate experience I've had so far.
Because of unexpected traffic issues, I arrived 30 mins late to the first interview in OwnBackup Tel-Aviv office, which made me a bit nervous.
The HR and the manager really helped me by doing their best that I would feel comfortable before starting the exam.
The rest of the interviews also went really well, and all the people I've talked to were really friendly and nice.

3 technical interviews and 2 HR interviews.
HR offered 3 working days from home per week, unlimited PTO and a signing bonus, but when i saw the contract it said no working days from home, 12 vacation days, and any case of termination I would be asked to return the relative part of the money. When I asked why that which was offered to me wasn't in the contract they said, "Trust us...". I insisted the articles to be in the contract and they would not change a single letter. When I finally declined signing the contract, they mentioned that all the employees are coming back to work 5 days a week from the office.
