The interview process is very laid back. The group is extremely welcoming and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. It feels more like a casual conversation with friends than an interview.

Interview
3 round table interviews with a couple developers each. Lasted about 2 hours. They want to know if you will fit in, and you're a capable interview. Was a very relaxed and no pressure interview.
