Interview
You will interview with three different entities. Initially, you discuss with HR, then FB manager/Golf Department, and finally Resort Director.
HR interview consists of a more personable approach, mainly pertaining to customer service characteristics.
The second interview discusses more tactical duties and candidates capabilities and experiences.
Lastly, the resort manager vets candidate as a good overall addition to the brand.

What attracts you to the Omni brand?
What is your level of knowledge with bar service and drinks?
What is your familiarity with golf sport and etiquette?
I applied online and almost immediately I got a call and email from HR saying they were hosting walk-in interviews Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I went as soon as I could on Wednesday and interviewed with HR. I was informed 15-20 minutes later the supervisor of the role was not on-site so I had to come back the next day. I came back and interviewed with the supervisor again for no longer than 20 minutes. I was quite frustrated and got the idea they called me in was to look at my appearance. I waited longer to be called in for the interview and driving there than the two interviews combined! The most infuriating part, however, was not receiving a phone call or email back especially after I sent them a "thank you for your time" follow up email.
