Interview
An HR Recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview after I had sent in my resume. The very first question she asked during the phone interview was how much money I wanted to make. This makes me think they were doing market research and not actually looking for a qualified candidate. After some back and forth about why I didn't feel comfortable answering the question until knowing more about the role, I ended up pricing myself way over what she stated the job was (not publicly) listed at. She said this didn't necessarily affect my chances for the role and that she'd get back to me either way the following week. I never heard back. Advice to HR: List salary ranges on your job postings, it saves my time and yours.
The interviewers were professional and well organized. They made me feel welcome when I arrived and followed up with me after the interview was completed. Overall it was a good experience and I appreciated the follow up.

You will meet with anyone that oversees you in the office and, depending on the property, the GM as well.. if you are applying for a high level role, you will also meet meet with someone from our corporate office in Dallas.

Interview
Interviewed with department manager, director and general manager after completing 6 month internship, was offered at part time position in human resources. I worked there for 5 years before my position was eliminated and in lieu of being laid off, I was promoted to the sales team. I also had to interview again for the new position with the department manager, department director, director of HR and the general manager as I did with my two subsequent promotions.
