The interview process was fairly streamlined, with two fast-tracked in-person interviews (one of which was at the office). The interviews consisted of a behavior component and a case interview. I had a different person for the behavioral side and the case question. I would say the setup for the interview was intended to be conversational (i.e. two people at a desk talking .. either through a case or about behavioral questions).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The question "what is your favorite book?" and "Tell me about a time you failed and what you learned from it." came up during one of the behavioral interviews
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Question 1
tell me about yourself, why consulting and the case question
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Zürich)
