The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman in Oct 2010
Interview
They did a general intelligence test of 30 questions that took 20 minutes and was way too hard to finish for 99.9% of the population, so the point is to do as well as possible. Even you get less than 10 right, don't worry, I got a first round interview anyway. It was a phone interview was a 30 minute case interview. I got a call from a first year analyst and she jumped right into the case, which was a diminishing profits case. It lasted about 25 minutes with a bit of math, then a couple minutes for questions. She called back that night to provide feedback, very nice and helpful, and pass me on to the next round, which I declined because I accepted another job.

Question 1
How can a specialty shoe company combat declining profits?
An online assessment (Math and Behavioral) followed by 1 group HR interview and 3 case interviews. You have to pass each case interview to move into the next one. Cases mainly focused on market sizing skills.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oliver Wyman (Dubai) in Jun 2025
Interview
There was an online assessment, followed by an HR interview. I did not pass the HR interview, however I found it to be underwhelming. Compared to other interviews, no emphasis was placed on actually finding out who you are and how you would fit in to the organization.
