Bad communication from HR side.
Not aligned interview process between hiring manager and HR.
Bad facilities during test and interview.
Poor connection during Skype interview was not fixed and caused lots of misunderstandings and miscommunications.
Hiring manager interrupted during the interview and looked like was in rush to finish the interview; asked the same questions few times mixing the previously provided information.

Interview
Despite of they were nice to me, I can't rate it as a good experience because of the number of people I spoke with. 1 member of HR and 3 from finance in 3 different interviews for a temp job .
1st interview by phone with HR 15 min. The 2nd one line manager competency based in OW HQ 1h. The 3rd one a manager in a different country than the UK by Skype 1h. And the final one with the Head of the area competency based in OW HQ 40min.
They are interested in the understanding of the Professional services industry as well as how you use excel and the most important attributes of a good business partner.
I sometimes struggled to understand the Head of the area beacuse of his thick french accent. they all were nice but the process was too long and I didn´t even have an excel test. 4 calls from HR + 2 interviews in the HQ + 1 interview via Skype.
Other than that, It looks like a good company to work for.
