Interview
The first round consisted of three interviews with principals; the second round consisted of two interviews with partners. Each interview lasted approximately 45 minutes.
The interviewers were professional and nice and they made me feel at ease. Overall, the interview process has been a positive experience.

Question 1
Each interview was structured in the same way. First, questions on yourself and your experiences; second, a business case; third, they let me ask questions to them.
In almost every interview, I was asked why consulting and why Oliver Wyman.

Interview
First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.
2 rounds
R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
