Very professional, but with a personal touch. The recruiting process ran incredibly smoothly. After applying online I heard back within a week. The HR team took care of all travel costs/booked me a hotel and flights. The whole process was incredibly well executed. I received an online case training session, as well as several phone calls to ensure my travel arrangements had all been met. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a signed card, wishing me luck for tomorrows interview. The interview day ran smoothly as well. Aside from the obvious execution what really made the process stand out was the clear communication from the start and the receiving same-day feedback and the outcome. The interviews, 3 of 45minutes were split between a case and personal part. The cases were mainly based on financial services/energy sector, which is, after all, OW's speciality. It would be advantageous to familiarise yourself with P&Ls basic accounting, although for those with a non-finance background some lack of knowledge is more readily excused.
