Old Navy Store Manager interview questions

The 1st interview was very casual. We met at the coffee shop. Walked around the store. She set the the 2nd interview and didn't show up placing her assistant manager in a predicament he had to leave the floor because he insisted to interview because I waited so long. Never heard back.

Contacted by a recruiter and if they like you then you get to interview with the market leader and the rest of the makert team. You have to meet the market leader on a one on one and then you have to interview over the phone with the rest of the market team.
