It was all on the phone and they asked you pretty much for availability and why you wanted to work there. They overall were just looking for someone to work during the holiday hours... often times they overstaff so they were not looking to turn anybody away.

What was one time you had to work on a group project, share your experience
Submitted my resume online on their website then I did a Phone call interview with one of the managers. It was very casual and typical questions, pretty easy. Didn't have much professional experience, ended up being my first retail job.
I recently had a group interview at Old Navy and it was a really great experience. The process was very easy and not stressful at all. The manager was super nice and made everyone feel comfortable from the start.
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made it easier to participate and share ideas. Overall, it was a positive experience and I appreciated how kind and professional the team was.
