Interview
I applied for a seasonal position. A holiday hiring table was set up in the front of the store and the entire process took about ten minutes. The interview was one-to-one and the manager was extremely nice. She also mentioned that she was looking to bring seasonal hirees onboard permanently depending on their demonstrated ability during season.

Question 1
Describe a particularly challenging situation at your previous job where you had to use exemplary customer service or find a solution to customer's needs.
Process was fairly easy and went seamlessly. No complaints except for slight tardiness of interviewer. Everyone that interviewed was very nice and the location was also great. I was offered a position and declined but would recommend.
Idk how your interviewer will be but open availability typically gets u accepted more and if your interviewer is chill (u read the room and match what they are giving) then you could be more straightforward. I told mine I don't like disrespectful managers like the ones I came from at my other jobs. Just kinda know what you absolutely shouldn't say if you're a blabber type with intrusive thoughts (mee!!!).
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Orlando, FL) in May 2024
Interview
It’s very quick. They just want to know if you’ve had any experience; it doesn’t have to be retail. They tell you that you’ll be put in any area so you have some experience in the store.
