It was group interview with 5 people including myself. We were interviewed by two employees who were really friendly.
Initially, they asked us individually generic interview questions.
Then, we gathered in a group for the "group interview."
Each of us told a random fact about ourselves. They asked us questions such as when did Old Navy first opened and where.
Then, they made us play a game of hunter, ninja, and bear (rock paper scissors) with each other. then, they gave us 5 minutes to find an outfit and talk about it.
finally, they chose 3 people and we got to speak to the general manager who was also as kind.
Overall, the interview was really easy and chill.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
