Applied online for seasonal sellebrity. They asked about my drives for working at Old Navy, my retail experience, my goals in fashion, I wasnt offered a position during the first interview but she hinted that i was in.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
