This hiring process is different than any other process you've ever been on.
1. Group interview: including picking an outfit that they most likely will give you the event for ..
For example; I had to pick an outfit for a girls birthday party.
You might have to sell an item to them, and participate in more fun group stuff..
It's cool, and you almost forget it's an interview. However, the process takes 3 weeks.

Over it went ok had an interview which was over the phone and then i had an in person one ended up not getting the role which was fine with me.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
