Interview was easy no hard questions. They basically wanted to know who would we think is there competitor. Please don't say gap. I applied on a Friday and got hired that Monday. There were 2 interviews one with the asst manager and another with the general manager. After that I had to be called for orientation which was the longest. After the orientation I started working

Interview
They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!
Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
It was very fast and efficient. They just asked simple questions to see if your able to do the job. I would recommend any one working there. They got me caught up on each step.
