I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy in Aug 2010
Interview
First of all, they changed the hiring process. You are now required to go to an "audition." The great thing about this is that you are not asked hard questions. The questions are all about you, and you only. They like to see how you can get along with other people in the audition. So if you are not a people person, or are shy, you probably will not get the job unless your availability is what they are looking for.

Question 1
When they call you to come to the audition, they ask what makes you awesome. This may come as a surprise, but it is a general question about yourself, so don't google the answer that you can find on yahoo answers. Think of something creative.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

Question 1
They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
