The interview process was great for me and everyone was really nice I found! Asked super simple questions. You could dress casually they don’t really care to be honest. It was not very formal.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Commack, NY) in Feb 2009
Interview
The management at this branch have no more than a 2 year degree from a community college, so its fair to say they are less educated than their staff who are mostly four year college students who commute or work during breaks. For this reason the interview felt very elementary. I could have went into this interview in my pajamas talking like 50 cent and it wouldn't have had an impact on my offer so long as the background test passed.
It was group interview, quick and simple. It was actually a pretty cool work atmosphere, pretty chill. I was offered key holder position at the interview.I would recommend this job to someone looking in retail
I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy in Mar 2018
Interview
Very simple. Hard to not get hired . They literally hire anyone with a pulse. If you’re lbgqt you’re in super easy with the best schedule. Went in for cashier left as a key holder
