Interview
I applied online and got a call from an upbeat associate named Matt. He was very friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable during the short 5 minute phone interview upon which he offered me to come in for an audition (group interview). The group interview was fun and different. Matt and several other employees were there along with the manager, Jeff, who was very nice too. We played the toilet paper game where we took as much toilet paper as needed and then for each piece we had to say one thing about ourselves. Then the manager asked us the typical questions. After that, we shared the object we thought represented us most. Matt had us play charades and then he paired us up and gave us a scenario for an outfit. We went through the store and chose different pieces to bring back and sell to the manager.

Interview
Applied through simplyhired.com. got an email for their hiring event. Went. The first interview was a quick and brief interview at a table with questions like tell me about yourself. Then went on to the next phase. A group activity we had to see our outfit we had on. Then then either sent you home or you went on the the final interview stage
It was a group interview with several people, about 5 to 8 others, and one manager doing the interviewing. He asked basic interview questions to get to know everyone and to test their skills.

Interview
first interview was very quick. simple and straight to the point. I heard back regarding the second interview by the end of the day. the second interview was a tour of the store and 15 minutes of us being out on the sales floor assisting customers in the way we thought old navy wanted to see.
