I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied online, and received a phone call a few weeks later to set up an over-the-phone interview. The day of the interview I received a call from the manager who asked a few questions about my work history, knowledge of the company, etc. She said they would be in contact with me for a 2nd interview. A week later I received the 2nd phone call from another manager who basically asked the same questions and informed me that I'd be contacted if I received the job within a week. That same day I did a background check and got another call regarding orientation.

Question 1
What is your previous work experience? Any retail experience? Why do you want to work for Old Navy? What's your availability like?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (New Westminster, BC) in Oct 2024
Interview
Very straight forward questions, felt more like a chat than an interview which put my own nerves at ease. Spending 10 mins to pick out an outfit at the end is a favorite activity to do apart of the interview process

Mostly behavioral questions. Not too difficult. Simple questions about obstacles you had to overcome, times where you felt like you had failed, any projects or assignments that could possibly contribute to your work at the company
