      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Florence, SC)

      Interview

It went wonderfully. The Store Manager interviewed me. We clicked immediately having very similar outlooks throughout multiple topics and had similar personalities. We ended up chatting well over an hour bc it was like two old pals meeting back up after years of no contact! When the interview organically came to a close, she promised me she'd be getting back with me to go forward with the second part of the hiring process she had to run things by her DM and she had a few more interviews scheduled for the next 2 days that she couldn't just cancel on but as far as she was concerned she said , I've found my employee. Then ....crickets!!! Never heard a thing back I don't understand why some managers do people this way! What's the point?

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jun 2026

      Interview

Super relaxed and great conversation. I was mainly told what my duties would be and what I was doing in my previous job as a store manager. My first interview was with the General Manager and I knew her from coming to my old job and purchasing services. She told me her history at Old Navy and asked what hours I was wanting and what pay I was receiving previously. Then had a more formal interview with the District Manager and it was WONDERFUL. She was a great person who seemed to really care about her employees.
