After job shadowing a manager at Old Navy the process was fairly simple. I had to submit my resume then meet with the manager. The interview was outside the store in the mall and lasted around 15 minutes. Some of the questions included how you would see themselves in their brand and how you have shown leadership in past roles.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
