Interview
Contact from the recruiter, video interview which is recorded, 4 online tests, a group task, 2 role plays and then a face to interview. If you pass all that there is then another interview before you get offered the job.
I had to take time away from work for a 3 hour discovery call where the role play, group task and interview takes place.
In all my years I've never been turned down for a role and know I'm more than qualified, feel like it was a massive waste of time especially after everything you have to through just to get the final interview.

Interview
It's three stage interview. Firstly, you'll speak with someone at instant impact. If you pass that you'll go onto a group interview. The group interview has a group task, a Q&A session with Octo employees then a 1-1 interview. Then finally after the group interview you speak with a hiring manager (during this interview they were able to give me the offer at the end)
It is a lengthy process but instant impact were great to work with and kept me up to date on what was happening with my application. I can't wait to start. :)

Interview
My first interview was with a recruiter! She was amazing and the the nicest recruiter I’ve spoke too! I felt so prepared for the second step which was the discovery day.
The third step was a final chat where I was offered the job and my interviewer was lovely!
