Fairly smooth and straight forward. Friendly interview process and they will follow up within a decent time frame. First a phone call then a Virtual interview, typically 2-3 rounds but not a difficult interview process

They showed zero respect for my time.
I interviewed with this company about two months ago. I took time off from my current job and drove from LA to Santa Ana twice for interviews. I had great conversations with both the CEO and CSO, and everything seemed to go well.
Despite that, I was completely ghosted afterward. I followed up with the recruiter three times — he read every message seconds after I sent it but never responded. It felt incredibly disrespectful.
On top of that, the recruiter didn’t even understand which role I was interviewing for all the way up to the final round. It was super unprofessional 🥲
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oceania International
Interview
Zoom interview with CFO and a second round with CEO. References required. Only person called from references was asked if they might be interested in interviewing for the same job. I was then ghosted.
