They showed zero respect for my time. I interviewed with this company about two months ago. I took time off from my current job and drove from LA to Santa Ana twice for interviews. I had great conversations with both the CEO and CSO, and everything seemed to go well. Despite that, I was completely ghosted afterward. I followed up with the recruiter three times — he read every message seconds after I sent it but never responded. It felt incredibly disrespectful. On top of that, the recruiter didn’t even understand which role I was interviewing for all the way up to the final round. It was super unprofessional 🥲
