OBMI interview questions

Went to an in person interview on Feb 2nd. After 2 Revit assessments, a personality test and a cognitive test I was told, 96 days after my initial interview, on 5/8 that I was no longer in contention because their max salary is $15k less than an entry level BM salary, and I was asking for too much. Mind you, I have over 15 yrs REVIT/BIM exp. Stay away unless you're entry level or don't have strong expectations of your worth.

The CEO, Office Manager Director and HR Director were simply amazing! The conversation was pleasant and friendly. They walked me around the office and I was sitting on my new desk in less than two weeks.
