      Bim Manager Interview

      8 May 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at OBMI (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2024

      Interview

Went to an in person interview on Feb 2nd. After 2 Revit assessments, a personality test and a cognitive test I was told, 96 days after my initial interview, on 5/8 that I was no longer in contention because their max salary is $15k less than an entry level BM salary, and I was asking for too much. Mind you, I have over 15 yrs REVIT/BIM exp. Stay away unless you're entry level or don't have strong expectations of your worth.
