The HR practices should be improved. 1st Contact with HR via video call after many automated messages. After this call, I receive an email from another HR person (That I never spoke to) stating I will need to prepare a presentation for the next phase (This was sent to me the day before!! Nobody told me this). Prepared in a rush a presentation and then nobody asked me to present. I communicate to HR my disappointment, candidate time not valued enough.
Process: 1) Interview with Hiring Manager (Area Lead), very pleasant focused on skills and typical HR questions. 2) Interview with team mate, focused again on skills, showed worked done on courses, explaining project experience and tools used. From interview, I understood they are actually looking for an Instructional Training Designer. After call, Never received a feedback even though I asked for it during the calls and also after via email. Ghosted by HR. Automated rejection emails after 3 weeks. At the end they selected an internal candidate.
