The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis
Interview
Hiring process is biased. Favouritism is rampant. There is no concept of meritocracy. I have seen people without an MBA degree holding senior HR posts in this organisation. Family members are given priority for selection. And people from top colleges are rejected without a valid reason. Didn’t expect this from Novartis. Hyderabad centre is being ignored and doesn’t seem to represent Novartis.
