      I applied online. I interviewed at Novartis in Dec 2020

      Interview

      The process was very lengthy. It started off with an initial screening interview. Later there was a more detailed interview with the program manager. Out of all of the candidates, 35 were selected to take part of a full day virtual hackathon. The hackathon included lots of group activities. It was not a great way to assess the individual strengths of the candidates.
