I was contacted over the phone and had skype interview with HR and the Head of the group. The interview was nothing special, more my personal experiences and how I react in specific situations.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Novartis (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
Met with the team I’d be working with as well as related teams I’d frequently come in contact with. Technical interview was going over a procedure that would typically be performed in the role.
