I was contacted by a recruiter by phone, who gave me some basic information, and then forwarded my information to another recruiter to invite me for phone interview. The second recruiter on phone gave me a bit more details about the position, but could not answer very basic questions about the scope of the role, the team structure, the internal clients, processes etc., always referring to the hiring manager. I learned little to nothing. I asked the recruiter about the negative reviews on Glassdoor. Recruiter only down-played, saying "Those reviews are from HR people, we hired junior people for those positions" etc. - seriously? Conclusion was that I will be recommended for next round, and will get some info in about a week or two. I never heard back from them.
