The time between my application and the first contact was industry standard (about 2 weeks). There was a phone interview quickly after. The f2f interview took more time to organize but still nothing schocking. They said they would get back to me within 3 weeks. After this period they reached out proactively to say they needed longer but didn't say how long so I reached out to ask them. I never got an answer, and this happened in October 2016...
