Interview
It is technical specific. They asked you many questions that they have encountered in their daily work. However these are very specific, and if we don't do it we do not necessarily know it. But these are not hard to learn. A. PhD is supposed to grasp it quickly. I feel it is not fair to question a fresh people with these questions.

Face to face at with 6-7 rounds of interview, one HR round, few rounds on telephone call from people of Paris, Basel office, a presentation on previous work etc. I applied through a referral, I was already working in pharma. They gave an offer in two weeks but the package was too bad.

Interview
Meeting with HR, hiring managers from different stat department, do presentation finally. The interview lasts for whole day. You have to meat these people one by one. In general, they will ask what you's what working experience, what's your interest. They introduced their company, the function of different department to see whether you are interested in their company and which department you like to work. You are going to have a lunch with interviewers. In the afternoon, you will give a presentation about your work.
