I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis (Cambridge, MA) in Sept 2016
Interview
The interview process was through a recruiting agency and it was normal.
It was few months contract and they were very pleasant and upfront about the recruitment which was nice.
First there was a phone Interview which was just a basic brush of what I knew and what I did not know from my resume as well as describing my projects as I am a college student.

Good, smooth process without any inconvenience right from interview to offer letter process is smooth and transparent.Hr is also very supportive, hiring team is good. They took 2 technical rounds, one managerial round and then the HR discussion.
Typical interview with Hiring manager as a comntacter how do you support operations, • What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) you would monitor in an operational environment?
• How would you identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies within an operational process?
Smooth and nice. Competent people. Appreciate being there. But i would like to get to work there. Salary expectations very very low, And no benefits proposed. Not recommend at all
