Lots of STAR questions, usually a panel of people interviewing. I was doing the interviews remotely, completing three but they decided to go with someone else. It was very quick one every week to week and a half.

Applied, 1 interview, then received offer letter from HR rep. No tests or previous experience in Supply Chain was needed, more based off of personality, work ethic, and if you seem like a good fit for the team culture.
