It was very basic. Met a recruiter at a job fair, applied online, and had an over the phone interview. It was a very easy and smooth process. The recruiter and interviewer were very nice

Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.
