I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Rolling Meadows, IL)
Interview
Interviewed by 3 people. Each asked a specific question regarding a topic and collaborated in looking at me in different perspectives. After they introduced themselves, they went through a basic interview in terms of questions. They also asked about some of the things that I was working on and what Northrop has to offer that I like and vice versa. Basic behavioral interview with a few technical questions.
Thanks for sharing your interview experience at Rolling Meadows, and welcome to the team!

I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
A basic phone interview that just had me describe portions of my resume and about the work I would do at the company. It was only one behavioral interview and then they will give you an offer if you got accepted.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
The interview lasted an hour. I interviewed with 4 different people separately during that hour. I think this was because there were 4 different intern positions. The first half of the interview usually consisted of them asking questions based on my resume and asking what I knew about NG and why I wanted to work there. The other half of the interview consisted of them explaining what the position entailed and answering the questions I had for them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Redondo Beach, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter at a college fair to apply for the summer intern position. I applied online and I was selected to be interviewed at the Redondo Beach office. I was interviewed by three manager level employees who were very professional and friendly. The interview itself was pretty informal. They asked about my past work experience and answered all the questions that I asked about the company and their experience.
