I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview was broken up into several parts. The hiring manager introduced themselves, and explained the interview structure. They spoke to the company and their background. Next, they asked and gave me the opportunity to speak to my resume, experience and background. Then we moved on to some technical interview questions. There were no soft skill questions; only technical questions. They did note they were looking for someone with some very strong soft skill sets in addition to strong technical prowess and that the role demanded both.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2023
Interview
Basically three people on a video call. I think it lasted about an hour. They were very interested in my knowledge of software testing. I haven't done a lot of testing so that was difficult. The other questions were fairly easy. I seem to recall a mix of personality questions and tech stuff related to C++.
