Interview
This is the second internship position I've applied for and gotten an interview at Northrop Grumman. This time I was called in for an in-person interview and skipped the phone interview. It was in their executive office building, which had a very nice tour/museum with information about the company. 3 people were interviewing me, all were very nice. Basic questions about my education and plans were asked. No technical questions were asked, the position was an IT support position. I was asked about my past projects and job experience, as well as which part of the company I would want to work for if I was hired. Very easy going interview with no grilling or hard questions, seemed more like a compatibility check for me and Northrop Grumman.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Had a good, relaxed interview for a college internship in systems engineering, in the space systems division. Part of a MILSATCOM program. It was a phone interview with a recruiter on the west coast, lasted half an hour.

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Long Beach, CA)
Interview
I was brought into a room where there were two people: a director and a soon-to-be section manager. The director asked me more technical questions and the section manager asked me more situational-based questions. They also inquired about the classes I took, was taking at the time, and what I had planned for the future.
They concluded the interview by asking me if I had any questions. They thanked me, shook my hand, and got back to me within 2 weeks, if I remember correctly.

Interview
I was called by HR and scheduled for an interview the following week at the campus. After going to the interview I had a very informal interview at a table with 4-5 people on it. They went over my resume and some of my technical skills relevant to the job and then took me on a tour of the campus.
