STAR based questions. Spoke with recruiter at career fair, invited to panel discussion with other candidates and recruiting team. Phone interview setup with engineering manager. Process took about 2 weeks. Phone interview took an hour.

The interview was relaxed and straight forward. It was mainly questions about past experience and future goals. Please try to have constant contact with your recruiter as this probably also made a huge difference for me.
