Got 30 minute long phone call asking about previous experience, mostly related to classwork. Went into detail about solving a difficult problem for my algorithms class and various side projects.

What is a challenge you faced in your classwork and how did you overcome it.
Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
