Back to back interviews of 30 minutes with a group of 3 people each time.
First group asked more general questions. More about your past experience. Second group was technical, showing me examples of code and asking to pick out bugs and give ways to improve it.

Interview
Went to the company sponsored Job Fair in El Segundo CA. During the job fair I got multiple interview appointments. It was a half day interview with the panels of people and also with different groups of panels of people. After few weeks later, I received an job offer.
I was contacted by HR. I already had a general profile with NGC. They added the position to my profile and called me to complete it by answering a few background questions. After that she set up a phone interview for two groups. The phone interview was a conference call.

Interview
Short phone interview with HR. Followed by a 3 hour technical on site interview and 30 minute interview by the hiring manager. The HR interview was a screen. Met with 3 engineers on the hiring team. Some technical questions relevant to my resume, other questions are your expected algorithm tests. Meeting with manager was solely for the salary negotiation.
