Interview
I was interviewed by two managers for each of the positions I was being considered for. After they described each job they asked me which one I would prefer. After I chose the more technical side the manager for the job I chose began to ask me about 8 or 9 technical questions from the info on my resume. After that they asked me if I had any questions and the interview ended. It was very short to be honest and it seemed as though they had already made they're minds up before the interview started.

The technical questions were my hardest issue I would say because I said that most of my experience with the technology was beginner or in a classroom setting. I didn't believe this would be an issue because the job required less than a year of experience online.

Interview
Teams call interview, they required me to have my camera on but did not turn theirs on which is always kind of rude. They introduced themselves, I introduced myself, then they jumped into a barrage of technical questions. I dont really mind this in and of itself, but I wasn't given any heads up and the interviewers gave no feedback whatsoever on answers and didnt respond to my attempts at turning it more conversational/not as stiff. Perhaps thats my bad, and I shouldn't have tried to do that but ive had technical interviews that were a lot more pleasant in the past.
The process started with a recruiter screen, followed by a technical interview with two engineers, and a final panel with management. It focused on real-world troubleshooting, system design, and how I support end users in secure environments.

They asked how I would troubleshoot a user unable to access a critical internal application.
One panel phone call with manager and team members asking technical and behavioral questions. Lasts about 30 minutes to an hour. No further interviews, got a call and email with an offer letter about a week later.
