Met with a panel of 5 supervisors; they asked questions and got back with me within a week with a job offer. From start to finish, it took 4 weeks or so.

Question 1
Most of what they ask deal with people interaction/conflict resolution, etc. Some technical questions, but not a lot. For example, they asked how I would deal with a situation in which I didn't agree with my supervisor.
